I have been producing Siffredi Hard Academy for more than eight years now, and I have always had the idea of a Woman Academy. With the help of the new world multiplatform, I finally managed to make a dream come true by bringing together a number of beautiful Italian girls. The Academy is a mixture of documentary and a reality show, with contestants and judges who vote for the winner at the end. We interviewed the girls between scenes so they could express their emotions and share their experiences with the audience. As every reality show, "The Academy" is rich in emotions. We lived through amazing moments of fun and sometimes doubts as well. The cast was truly diverse. To help all these uniwue personalities through the personal journey of becoming a porn star, we invited a psychologist, Gaia On Top, to the show. Two guest superstars, Kelly Stafford and Malena, gave professional advice and shared personal experiences from the industry.

The first scene was a roleplay. Girls experimented with playing different characters, from policewoman to nurse. The following scene was all about fun and games, with body painting and an orgy. The next scene was a little more intense: We invited Master [ ] who is deeply knowledgeable of submissive partners, and the girls learned a lot about BDSM. The youngest girl, Maria Sofia, out of the blue decided to shoot part of that scene with me. I loved how she grabbed the camera without even asking and just BOOM! started shooting. After that, there was a big orgy for the girls and professional actors and actresses such as Selva Lapiedra, Candee Licious or Amy Douxxx. At the end of the eight days, the judges had to decide the winner. It was a very close competition. After all, this "Academy" has a very special place in my heart.
