Notes:
To the best of my knowledge nothing here is contained in any official releases.
Disc 5 contained a radio broadcast from the event as a bonus. Since this contained The Beack Boys which are on the NAB list it was decided to drop all of the bonus. Hence the very short disc 5. No re-encoding of the video material!
