Changed filtering to be more aggressive compared to previous DB filter, and added more grain in encoder. Resulted in more stable picture overall (esp when changing scenes) while still trying to preserve at least some textures.

I've also decided to preserve original channel layouts for audio tracks. So no more multichannel->stereo conversions. Multichannel tracks will be given 320kbps in OPUS, though many will require less in practice. Anything below multi will continue to get 160kbps (mono/stereo).
