Size down from 6.5 GB to 1.8 GB with no noticeable (or at the very least, acceptable) loss in quality due to re-encoding from MP3 -> OPUS.

This is a reencode! You need something that will play the OPUS codec, which is a lot of things these days. Most browsers, VLC, mobile apps etc, but don't download this unless you know you want it. This is not MP3 .
